Kimal R. McCarthy

Founder & President 

Kimal McCarthy received his master of science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in labor studies. McCarthy graduated from Bates College with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and two secondary concentrations in African American Studies and Anthropology.

McCarthy was the Nantucket Site Manager for the Museum of African American History from 2013 - 2016. He was a member of  the Nantucket Community Music Center's Board of Trustees and received a Diversity Scholarship award from the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
